Hot House began quite simply - with our family falling in love with sauna.
 

For Katie, it became much more than something to enjoy now and again. The heat, the ritual and the time to switch off became part of a lifestyle; something grounding that fitted naturally alongside looking after herself, staying active and spending time outdoors.

Having lived in and around West Linton all her life, Katie wanted to bring that experience a little closer to home. A qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner and the owner of an established aesthetics business in the village, caring for people has been at the heart of Katie's working life. Hot House is a different expression of that same instinct - creating a space where people can come together, slow down and simply feel good.
 

Our traditional wood-fired sauna sits on the edge of the grounds at Hotspurs, surrounded by the rolling hills and open countryside of West Linton. Sessions can be enjoyed by the seat, making sauna the wonderfully social experience it has always been, or the whole sauna can be booked privately for your own group.
 

And this is only the beginning. As Hot House grows, we’ll be bringing more to the experience — natural salt scrubs, traditional sauna rituals and inspiration drawn from bathing cultures around the world.
